PreK Program
If you have been with us from the infant room or if this is your first year, it’s a very exciting time. Your child is moving on soon. In this room our teachers prepare your child for their huge leap to kindergarten.
Ages: 48 – 60 months
- 1:10 student teacher ratio
- Letter recognition will continue
- First and Last name reading and writing
- Learning of address and phone number
- Learning sight words and basic phonic skills
- Introduction of basic math skills
Our knowledgeable teachers help your child learn:
- Letter recognition will continue.
- Sight word, phonics and handwriting.
- How to spell their names.
Weekly Themes include:
- Music and stories
- Counting and math.
Monitor your child’s progress.
- Daily engagement through the Procare Engagement app.
- Bi-annual parent/ teacher conferences.
