Why Our Teachers Stay

“I love seeing their growth and development. Working at Early Years has given me opportunities to grow in my profession.”

Sara Khosravi

Director, Gibsonia

“I began my journey in early childhood education straight out of high school at the age of 18, driven by a deep desire to help children reach developmental milestones, grow with confidence, and embrace their authentic selves. Working at Early Years has not only allowed me to support young learners during their most formative stages, but it has also been a catalyst for my own personal and professional growth. This field continually challenges me, inspires me to pursue new goals, and motivates me to become the best version of myself every single day.”

Elizabeth Tivo

Director, Valencia

“I’ve been working at Early Years for 3 and a half years! Every day is a new adventure! Our families are the best, and the atmosphere is so welcoming and fun!”

Taylor Buckenheimer

Director, Cranberry
